Description

Browser last know window size is not retained between relaunch

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install nightly on Linux
  2. Restore window
  3. Close the browser and relaunch, starts maximized

Actual result:

Browser last know window size is not retained between relaunch

Expected result:

Should remember the last window size and retain it

Reproduces how often:

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave 1.12.28 Chromium: 83.0.4103.106 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)
Revision ce7134bb3d95141cd18f1e65772a4247f282d950-refs/branch-heads/4103@{#694}
OS Linux

Version/Channel Information:

  • Can you reproduce this issue with the current release? No, remembers last windows size
  • Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel? No, remembers last windows size
  • Can you reproduce this issue with the dev channel? Not using the channel
  • Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel? Yes

Other Additional Information:

  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? NA
  • Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? NA
  • Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? No, Chrome with same CR version remember the last closed window size

Miscellaneous Information:

May be an issue on other platforms so @brave/legacy_qa can check on other platforms and remove OS/Linux label if it reproduces
