Found while testing #1860
Payment pending message is not shown when the system date is set to 6th Jan

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.35.x (19th Jan)
2. Enable rewards and close the browser
3. Ask Chris to send ad grants
4. Set the system clock to 6th Jan
5. Restart the browser
6. Confirmed no payment arrived messaging on NTP, Panel, rewards page - Expected
7. There is no payment pending message on NTP, Panel, rewards page

Actual result:

Follow up of #1860 - Payment pending message is not shown when the system date is set to 6th Jan

Expected result:

When the system clock is set behind the Next payment date the pending message should be shown
