Can't load recaptcha on Brave

Description

if I open any site where there is a captcha to be completed with Brave Shield active, I am faced with a can't connect error. I tried to disable Brave Shield but the error returns. If I try with another browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Edge) it works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any site with google recaptcha (e.g. https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo)
2. Try to solve captcha
3. Get the error

Tried more than twice with Brave Shield disabled but the error always shows up.

Brave version (info found on brave://version)

Tested in Brave release, beta. Is this still happening @mamob07 A VPN could affect this also.
