Steps to Reproduce

Actual result:

VPN can't be reconnected in the same session when internet/wifi is disconnected and reconnected

Expected result:

Should be able to reconnect the VPN in the same browser session when wifi is reconnected

Looks like the issue works fine on macOS ( as per the @stephendonner comments #23081 (comment) ) but still as issue with Windows 10 and windows 11

The issue is reproduced by @MadhaviSeelam on windows 11

The issue is stil reproducible in latest beta build Windows 10 x64 - 1.45.95 Chromium: 106.0.5249.103

Reproduced in 1.45.95 Chromium: 106.0.5249.103 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) for Win 11 x64 as well. VPN state seem to stuck in Connecting status after enabling network. Restarting browser fixed the issue

@stephendonner Thanks for checking! For me reconnct VPN is not working when I click on Try again after connecting WIFI. I think this could be WIFI related issue but I am not sure. @MadhaviSeelam Could you try this on your window 11? Thanks!

@GeetaSarvadnya I am able to reproduce the issue in Win 11 x64 for a new or existing account in Beta. However having connection issues while WiFi is still connected in Nightly.
