Description

Network tooltip is cut off in panel

Steps to Reproduce

Open Panel
Select BNB/Solana from network dropdown
Hover over till tooltip is shown

Actual result:

Solana	BNB

Expected result:

Solana	BNB

Reproduces how often:

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave	1.44.43 Chromium: 104.0.5112.81 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)

Closing as invalid as the flow is changed now. We show full network name in the network selector
