Searching a page for a string with ^F doesn't always indicate where matches were found

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://docs.github.com/en/developers/webhooks-and-events/webhooks/about-webhooks
2. Search for ip
3. One match is indicated in the search field, but it's invisible to the user

Match visible and highlighted
