Found while testing #26224
Brave.Wallet.FilTransactionSent metrics is not shown in the brave://local-state file when the transactions are made

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.47.x, launch browser using Brave.exe --p3a-count-wallet-test-networks
2. Create a wallet
3. Create a Filecoin accounts
4. Go to brave://settings/wallet/networks and click on 3 dot menu for Filecoin Testnet and click on set as active
5. Enable the Show test networks switch
6. Send Fil to Filecoin accounts via https://faucet.calibration.fildev.network/
7. Ensured that the Filecoin appeared in the Filecoin account
8. Ensure that the Transactions list is empty
9. Create a 2nd Filecoin account and send 0.005 Filecoin to 2nd account
10. Ensure that the Transactions list has entry under brave://wallet/crypto/accounts/...
11. Open brave://local-state file, the metrics Brave.Wallet.FilTransactionSent is not shown when the transactions are made

Note: Brave.Wallet.EthTransactionSent and Brave.Wallet.SolTransactionSent metrics are showing up in local state file and working fine

Actual result:

Brave.Wallet.FilTransactionSent metrics is not shown in the brave://local-state file when the transactions are made

Expected result:

Brave.Wallet.FilTransactionSent metrics should be shown in the brave://local-state file when the transactions are made
