Cookies disappear out of nowhere & Brave settings return back to default

Description

Brave would fully resets itself after X amount of time - basically all cookies would disappear out of nowhere, causing sign-in issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. It is quite hard to understand why this issue is occurs, though it all happens unexpectedly. There are no specific steps. You basically use Brave for a long period of time, and then after a couple of months - all cookies would disappear unexpectedly, all Brave settings would suddenly revert back to default and so on. The browsing history still stays.

There are zero steps to reproduce this issue. It has occurred well over five times already.

• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? - I guess, since it happened today.

Miscellaneous Information:

Honestly - it all happened unexpectedly. I was using Brave for well over two hours, then after I closed it and opened it back after some time - the aforementioned things happened.
