Description

To navigate, I have to click any link twice on eksisozluk.com. This is one of the most visited websites in Turkey.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit eksisozluk.com
2. Click on any link to navigate. This first click won't do anything.
3. Now click on any other link again to navigate successfully.

Actual result:

Brave users have to click twice on the links to navigate while chrome with uBlock origin installed works as expected.

Expected result:

First click on the links must navigate to the target page.

Other Additional Information:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
  No. A pop-up ad is showing up when I click on any link. So I've to close it first to navigate. I think this is the cause of unexpected behavior.
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?
  No.
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
  Chrome with uBlock origin has no issue.

Looks like with cross-site trackers toggled off (or shields down) this is working properly. Not sure which of this is the culprit:
