1. Clean profile 1.8.x
2. Open 6 new tab pages
3. Disable background image and show clock settings from Dashboard settings
4. Mouse hover the + or new tab icon
5. Mouse hover on a new tab icon cuts off the Brave rewards/Binance widget bar

Actual result:

Expected result:
