Describe the issue you encountered:
about:history contains bookmark items as browsing history which can't be cleared

Expected behavior:
Should only show the browsing history and should not contain entries for items which are bookmarked.

Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
Windows 10 x64
Brave Version:
0.11.6 Dev Beta 2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Do a clean install of Brave 0.11.6 Dev Beta 2
2. Import bookmarks from HTML file. Do not open any site.
3. Press Ctrl+Y to open history window. Shows all bookmark items as entries.
