Describe the issue you encountered:
Site listed under payments even though the visit count is less than 5(default visit count)

Expected behavior:
Should not list a site until the default visit count is satisfied

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Windows 10 x64
  • Brave Version:
    0.12.7 Preview 1/RC1
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Enable payments on a clean install
    2. Visit Nytimes.com/brianbondy.com
    3. After one visit the site is listed under payments
    4. Click on Advance Settings button
    5. Change the Minimum visits for publisher relevancy from 5 to 2/10
    6. Added site disappears from the list under payments
