Test plan

  1. Launch Brave and go to about:preferences
  2. Go to security tab
  3. Make sure bitwarden does not show in the password manager dropdown

Original issue description

Since Muon doesn't fully support the extension yet:
bitwarden: chrome.windows.onFocusChanged not supported #7830
