    Yes

  • Describe the issue you encountered:
When you have multiple tab pages, you can mute the other tab page like so:
    screen shot 2017-06-14 at 11 28 11 am

When this executes, it doesn't mute the tabs... instead it sets them to the opposite of what they are:

  • if the video was playing, it will be muted

  • If the video was muted, it will be playing

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
macOS (although it's a global problem)

  • Brave Version (revision SHA):
    Latest (master)

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open Preferences > Tabs and set tab page size at 6
    2. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLiLOkzLetE in 6 different tabs
    3. Mute tabs 1, 3, 6
    4. Make a 7th tab, load Brave.com
    5. In the tab page header, right click tab page 1 and pick "Mute tab"
  • Actual result:

    • on tab page 1
      • tabs 1, 3, and 6 will have their audio restored
      • tabs 2, 4, 5 will be muted
  • Expected result:
All tabs on tab page 1 should be muted

  • Will the steps above reproduce in a fresh profile? If not what other info can be added?

  • Is this an issue in the currently released version?
    I believe so

  • Can this issue be consistently reproduced?
    yes

  • Extra QA steps:
    1.
    2.
    3.
