Goals

Users should be able to select a filter to lower the amount of results returned to them#304

Tasks

Build a filter section that allows users to choose what they want to see
Update queries to be able to search on these filters

Filter Examples

Order by ratng
Brew Style (pour over)
Beginner?

Extra Thoughts

Should filter go in the URL? (eg. /recipe/search=?, or q?name=Coffee&roast=light, etc?)
