Monitor open positions and suggest when to close

The longer a position is open, the more risk we take on.

General idea taught by ICK is

10% of my max profit within 3 days, I take the money and re-deploy the capital.
20% of my max profit within 6 days, I take the money and re-deploy the capital.
30% of my max profit within 10 days, I take the money and re-deploy the capital.
40% of my max profit within 15 days, I take the money and re-deploy the capital.
50% of my max profit within 19 days, I take the money and re-deploy the capital.

If a position meets one of the criteria, then suggest to close it. (Email? Push notification? Web app?)

(Make sure with fees that it's a positive gain. Don't want to close trades too soon and go negative because of fees.)

Only care for this to be running during market hours.
