小文字だけから成る環境変数を自動的にBricolageの変数として取り込む。

大文字を避けるのは、関係のない環境変数が紛れ込むのを避けるため。

むしろ逆に大文字だけのほうが環境変数由来とはっきりするし、既存の変数とかぶらなくていい気がしてきた
