Unauthorized Access Exception Error

Hey all! I am having a problem with the latest update. I have installed the mod according to the install instructions and have had success in getting previous versions to work. I have directed the mod to access the correct file and have confirmed that I have Beat Saber through Oculus. I have made sure that my anti-virus software is not interfering. I am not sure what to do from here. I attached a pic of the error that I am receiving when I try and install the mods. Hopefully someone can help me. Thanks.

Have you tried running the Mod Manager as admin?

Yes, I have run it as admin and not as admin. Nothing changes.
