IPA.exe window opens

when launching beat saber on oculus, after about 20-30 sec the hyperbolic-magnetism-beat-saber/IPA.exe window opens with this message "Waiting for parent (7512) to die..." and the number is different with each launch. but this didn't start happening until after I installed the BeatSaberModManager.exe what would make this keep opening, and is there a way to make it stop.

However, have you tried restarting your PC?
It sounds like you already have some process running, and restarting may fix that.
