Hide functionalities from the Training module #2

AS AN NLP Model Trainer
I WANT TO see only relevant and functionally working menu tabs
SO THAT bot designing and training would be smoother

Acceptance Criteria

• To-be hidden functionalities must be easily re-adopted in later stages

GUI

All those things should be hidden in Stage and PROD and remain visible in TEST

• Hide tab "Teemade järeltreenimine"
• Under tab "Kasutuslood" - hide "vestlusvood"
• Under tab "Kasutuslood" change the title from "Vestlusvood ja reeglid" to "Reeglid"
• Hide tab "Vormid"
• Hide tab "Mälukohad"
• Under "Teemade ülevaade" remove columns "Täpsus", "Saagis", "Soovitus"
• Under "Teemade ülevaade" remove rows "accuracy", "macro avg", "weighted avg", "micro avg"
