[Feature Request] Access logs for specific builds

Context: If a user is trying to execute a series of one off builds that don't have an associated image, kpack currently does not have a mechanism to retrieve logs for those builds. Connor Braa, a software engineering contributing to CF requests the ability to retrieve logs for a build by referencing the build name..
