Issue - could not exclude Outside sensor of H5178 because id has an underscore

Add fix for H5178 Temp sensor that has an underscore in the device id of the outside sensor
- This Sensor: https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Bluetooth-Humidity-Temperature-Sensor/dp/B0872ZPQSJ
Add fix for not being able to enter more than 23 characters for a temperature sensor in UI
- Bumped max characters to 26 to be inline with the stated limits
