CUDA + torch support are necery
torch can easily be installed via poetry
but cuda doesn't work out of the box, and it is pretty unclear how to workaround

I'd like to avoid having a cuda flag. I prefer poetry manage cuda. Maybe like a GPU flag like docker has.
