SAML with docker compose

I want to use SAML, but I have to create a second database in docker and configure it correctly for SAML to work. I was not able to success, so I hope that someone else could share or help create a configuration, that allows SAML in Cal.com.

The next step would then be to create documentation for different SAML-setups to different providers, but my problem is one step before that: I need to activate SAML in docker with a database, to then configure it in Cal.com itself.
