Acceptance criteria

• The version dropdown reads "8.4" for the main docs instance.
• The version dropdown reads "8.4 / 3.12.0" for the Optimize docs instance.

@akeller do the (very limited) acceptance criteria in this issue look correct to you? We haven't talked about dropdown versions since the previous release, and my understanding is that nothing has changed in regards to how we show the Optimize version. But maybe I missed something (or forgot).
