What needs to get done

Write documentation to enable users to debug LXD and Multipass issues.

A flowchart or series of troubleshooting steps would be useful (i.e. checking for docker incompatibility, launching a lxd container for testing outside of the *craft application)

Why it needs to get done

LXD network connectivity issues occur regularly and there is no good documentation to point users to
