IDP configuration remains after removing a relation.

Deploy jimm and an idp-integrator (like oauth-external-idp-integrator), relate them both and that will configure an IDP, then remove the relation.

Expected behavior:
The login through that integrator should stop working.

Current behavior:
JIMM goes into blocked status but the login through JAAS and the integrator still works.
