Make this question conditionally display only if the workshop is inperson (not online). Or an easier approach, add an option for Not Applicable: Workshop is online. In that case, I am not sure what do to about the other required consent. We could just keep the other consent as-is, since it says "Regardless of the fee...".
@maneesha for the easier approach, should we move the "regardless of the fee..." to somewhere else? IF we were to say "Not Applicable: Workshop is online" I could see the requester missing this section.
To confirm. I am ok with the easier approach as long as the consent form is visible and not missed. Not sure if they will get a warning if the box is not checked.
I like the idea of having it conditional. The reasoning is that I do get a lot of feedback from people on this question. I know that's not the easiest approach, but I do think it will make things easier for people wanting to host a workshop, especially if they aren't as familiar with the process.
