HttpLoadBalancerExtension - ALB internet facing

The HttpLoadBalancerExtension sets the ALB internetFacing flag to true. Looking at the code, it appears that the framework does not provide an option to turn that off. Not sure if that was intentional and is set that way to ensure the proper functioning of other extensions and patterns in the package.

If there are no impediments, I can raise a PR that allows customization of that flag.
