IE: expanding domain list shifts table to the left

Observed on IE11:

1. Go to this page: https://track-digital.cds-snc.ca/en/domains/#q=tbs-sct.gc.ca, observe table is formatted on the page as expected:
   

2. Click "Show 9 subdomains", observe the table shifts to the left a bit and there's an extended bar for the subdomains:
   

3. Click "Hide subdomains," observe the table remains shifted to the left:
   

Expected the table would remain aligned on the entire page.
