The Coney toolkit is composed of 3 components.

Coney Create

Coney Create is an intuitive graphical editor for survey designers to build the survey in the form of a conversation. This editor allows to design a questionnaire in a “hyper-textual” fashion by connecting blocks that represents the texts, the questions and the answers of your conversation. The resulting conversation structure is an acyclic graph in which the conversation can follow different flows according to the different options of closed answers. At design time, the survey designer has to define all the possible branches and, at compilation time, the respondents will experience only the branches selected by the answers given.

Go to section 1. Creating a new conversation for more details on how to create a new conversation.

Go to section 2. Sharing a conversation to understand how to create shareable links to be sent to users.

Coney Inspect

Coney Inspect is a dashboard to monitor and analyse the data collected by the conversational survey. Coney Inspect offers a quick way to visualize data collected through different charts according to the question type. The dashboard allows survey designer to view results both in an aggregated way and filtered by respondent. Data collected can also be exported in CSV and RDF format.

Go to section 3. Monitoring and exporting results for more details on the dashboard interface.

Coney Chat

Coney Chat is the component in which the survey administered to final users is displayed. The survey is visualized in a chat-like format, simulating the chat with a real person.
