Update configuration in current dovecot handbook

in the current dovecot handbook exist a configuration mismatch:

the 90-plugin.conf configuration setting to define the ceph user,
is stated as rbox_user_name instead of the newer rados_user_name (see wiki plugin configuration).
The handbook needs to be updated and in sync with the wiki.
