move librmb in a separate repository and add dependencies to dovecot-ceph-plugin build process.

At least on SUSE the current build only works with 'make install'. Otherwise this will be may an issue with issue#58. For more see dcccac4

The Makefile.am of dict and storage plugin referenced the librmb via -lrmb, which required a "make install" to work on openSuse. This has been fixed.
