The README has outdated and/or inaccurate information in it now that the serial transport support is in a release version.

I think the following sections could do with being changed:

NOTE: CH32V003 DOES NOT have a USB ISP interface, use WCH-Link to program

Perhaps change to "CH32V003 does not have USB ISP interface, please use serial option (-s)".

NOTE: This tool is for USB ISP, not using with WCH-Link

Change to "is for USB and serial UART ISP"?

Tested On

Add CH32V003 to this list? My testing of PR#56 was almost exclusively with this chip and can confirm it works 100%.

TODOs
ISP via UART or Net

Remove mention of UART.
