Close an open project

Motivation
Once a project has been opened, it can only be closed by opening another project or by exiting the program. Once work has been completed on a project, it would be useful to close the project without opening another project or exiting the program.

Description
From the program's file menu, add the Close option. The Close option would close the project. If changes have not been saved, it would prompt for saving those changes. The program would continue running.

Commonly other programs use Ctrl-W as a keyboard short cut.

Alternatives
Open a different project or exit the program.
