Update doc-site to reflect refractoring of documentation pages

Motivation

The entrance point for most of the documentation must be the readthedocs site. As such the branch pablo-gar/refractor-documentation-pages contains all the refractoring of the relevant documentation.

The doc-site need to be updated to reflect this refractoring

Definition of Done

• The doc site is updated
• The refractored docs and doc-site changes are merged to main.

All the files below are located in this repo on the folder docs

• Add the following pages to the doc-site as indicated.

• cellxgene_census_docsite_landing.md

  • Must be the landing page of readthedocs.

• cellxgene_census_docsite_installation.md

  • Must be render to https://cellxgene-census.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html
  • Must be added to left-side bar

• cellxgene_census_docsite_quick_start.md

  • Must be render to https://cellxgene-census.readthedocs.io/en/latest/quick-start.html
  • Must be added to left-side bar

• cellxgene_census_docsite_schema.md

  • Must be render to https://cellxgene-census.readthedocs.io/en/latest/schema.html
  • It is already added to left-side bar
