When some node creation fails, sometimes the LimitedRoundRobinSelector gets frozen at

org.ow2.choreos.selectors.LimitedRoundRobinSelector.waitNodesCreation(LimitedRoundRobinSelector.java:126)

I've already tried to solve this problem with commits such as
001335d
and
06a13b3

but the problem remains.
