If a service is removed from choreography, dependent services should receive some kind of notification, but the current EE implementation does not do anything about it.

The suggestion is: if a service is removed from choreography, EE must invoke on dependent services: setInvocationAddress(role, serviceName, []), i.e., pass an empty list to service endpoints list.

Obs: this issue was raised by professor Renato Cerqueira in my master examination.
