Enabling Use Everywhere (UE Nodes) in ComfyUI 0.2.2 made default nodes such as CLIP Text Encode (Prompt) and Save Image disappear/completely unusable.

I can't reproduce the problem - I'm running 0.2.2, and all the nodes mentioned are working fine - so I suspect there is a more complicated interaction going on. Could you give more details, or a workflow that exhibits the problem?
