Similarly to #62 , #63 , #95 , add email report about:

  • public torrents
    • it's nice to see regularly which torrents are public torrents

Todo:

  • add new function into .profile_rtfunctions and .profile
  • add new shell script reportPublic.sh
  • add to cron and run it every 10 days
  • also update wiki docs
