Set public IP address reported to the tracker without the need of having dynamic DNS service:

  • requires dig command (part of dnsutils package)
  • command runs in the network namespace of rtorrent
  • also works:
    • behind NAT
    • through tunnel

Also update the corresponding section of Installation instructions Wiki page.
