New version of rtl88x2BU driver 5.6.1.5

Hi. There is new version of this driver available at https://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DWA-182 under (hardware D version of D-Link card). @cilynx Do this driver could be useful to support other cards as well?

I have a 5.6.1 branch from 2018 over here, but you're correct that it appears D-Link is providing something even newer. I'm pretty slammed with work and family commitments these days, but I'll look into the newest version that you've linked when I have some free time.
