Allow user to logout when can't connect to homeserver

Describe the problem

My personal homeserver is currently down. This lands me on the can't connect screen, which can't be escaped until the homeserver is again up.
I managed to solve this with dev tools, but that isn't a good ux.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a button to logout / go to the login screen or to open account switching screen once #66 is completed.
