I was converting some S&W manga and it generated unreadable epubs because of the title with "&". It's nothing serious and you can always rename the file but it can make people wonder what are they doing wrong if you don't run epub checker for errors.

ERROR(RSC-005): file.epub/OEBPS/content.opf(-1,-1): Error while parsing file 'The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.'.
ERROR(OPF-001): file.epub/OEBPS/content.opf(-1,-1): There was an error when parsing the EPUB version: Version not found.

That should be sanitized. I will fix it in next release.
