Issue description

As part of the audit work done to the design system, we've noticed that the logos at get.gov and at manage.get.gov (.gov Registrar) are different colors. Let's make both of these logos the color "ink" or #1b1b1b. See more detail in ticket #2685

Acceptance criteria

  • Change color of get.gov logo to #1b1b1b to match the .gov Registrar logo

Nice find!

If this is proposing a change to get.gov, I think we should move this issue to the cisagov/get.gov repo. I can do that, lemme know.

Normally I would say we should have a separate ticket for each repo, @gabydisarli any objection to that?

No objection here. I think moving it to the get.gov repo makes sense.
