It'd be nice to know basic information like how many visitors, most visited pages, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Cloudflare has privacy-focused javascript analytics that could be added to the site.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Fathom, but it's an additional cost.

Google, just kidding.
