Search in facet collection

Make sure that a search in the facet/category "Collection" better deals with "Umlaute" such as ü. A search for "Tubingen" or "Tuebingen" yields no results, but should return the same results than "Tübingen", see screenshot

(The Tübingen team will try to harmonise the collection name asap. It seems that our CMD envelopes have competing information)...

Of course, a general solution is called for (not only one that solves it for German Umlaute, but true internationalisation).
