Add 'first seen' field

When a new record is inserted, document the date and time in a 'first seen' field. This would make it possible to, for instance, query for all records that have appeared in the last month.

Perhaps a separate bookkeeping of removed records could be kept, so that first seen is persistent even if the record temporarily disappears.
