LRT for Portuguese: LX-Center demo tools #41

The Portuguese 'LX-Center' has quite a few tools available online for demo purposes as part of their 'LX Suite'.

The following tools take arbitrary Portuguese text as input: Syllabifier, POS tagger, Named Entity Recogniser, Constituency Parser, Dependency Parser, Semantic Role Labeller, Time Analyzer

Many of these services are now listed at https://portulanclarin.net/workbench/ - would indeed be great to connect them to the Switchboard
