Options greyed out, as seen in issue 28, is not resolved

I cannot check most of the check boxes. I can edit the Websites to be opened, and the Save Log checkbox, but especially not the Close Blank Tab... checkbox.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the add-on. I have installed in a new profile. None of that helps, the check boxes are all greyed out.

I'm running FF 98.0.1 and IE View WE 1.6.4.
